Flora-Bama is a hold-out from high property taxes, providing relief to the weary locals and many tourists throughout the world. Described as the last remaining roadhouse, the bar's reputation now has grown to be known as a Hurricane Ivan Survivor. Two years later, the world famous bar, is expanding their former liquor store to the Silver Moon bar, across the street. Joe Gilchrist and Pat Mclellan are steadfast in their efforts to provide entertainment for the Gulf Coast area. Pat was a former Naval PR man and knows people and promotions. Both Joe and Pat actively support the community with numerous events that help many local charities and provides fun for all. The Mullet Toss is coming up in April. Be there!
